Physician Biography

He was a speech-language pathologist since 1976 and worked in a variety of health care settings. He focused on the clinical care of patients with speech and swallowing problems, head & neck cancer, and tracheotomy tubes. He was experienced in performing fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES), videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS), and tracheoesophageal voice prosthesis placement and rehabilitation. He enjoyed clinical research and published widely including three books.
