OnCore is a suite of clinical and translational research modules consisting of software for clinical research, patient registry and biospecimen management. It is a product of Forte Research Systems, based in Madison, WI. On Monday, July 8, Yale Cancer Center, YCCI, and other staff began using OnCore for protocol entry and administration, subject enrollment and management, and SAE and deviation tracking. The go-live included the migration of six years of legacy data amounting to 365 protocols and 2100 subjects. Additional functionality including subject calendars, case report forms and more will be delivered in the 4th quarter of 2011.
Access to the system will be provided to those individuals who work directly in an area where OnCore has been formally implemented, and also to those individuals who provide support to those areas (e.g. Pharmacy). If you fall into one of these categories and are a registered user on the system, you can access the system at: https://oncore.ynhh.org. If you are not a registered user on the system or if you would like additional information, please see the OnCore Project website http://oncore.yale.edu/index.aspx, or contact the OnCore system administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
