Yale Pancreatic Cancer Summit

A special Yale Pancreatic Cancer Summit will be held August 10, 2020, organized by the Yale Cancer Center, GI DART, and the newly formed Yale Pancreatic Cancer Collaborative (YalePaCC). The summit will occur via Zoom.

Pancreatic cancer is soon to become the 2nd leading cause of cancer-related death in the US. Our goal is to bring together Yale researchers with diverse expertise to work collaboratively, to develop multi-PI and program projects in basic and translational research for grant opportunities (NIH, DoD, SU2C, foundations), to engage the next-generation of scientists in pancreatic cancer research, and to make rapid progress against this recalcitrant disease.

The Summit will feature Yale clinicians and scientists working in the field and those developing new technologies and approaches that could be applied to pancreatic cancer research. Confirmed speakers are in the attached flyer.

This forum is inclusive and open to the entire Yale scientific community including fellows, residents, interns, medical students, and research trainees, so please spread the word.

Please Register here by Thursday August 6th 2020.
