Prostate Health Education Network (PHEN) Connecticut Prostate Cancer Community Rally

Please join the Prostate Health Education Network (PHEN) as we host the Connecticut Prostate Cancer Community Rally on Saturday, December 13th, at the Varick Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church. Free PSA screening and educational sessions. All Black men are at high-risk for prostate cancer. If you are 40+, you are invited for a free PSA test for early detection screening. Prostate cancer survivors, caregivers, loved ones, and medical professionals are invited to this free event to learn about treatment options, clinical trial opportunities, and PHEN's lifesaving prostate cancer resources. Lunch will be provided.
