Guided Imagery and Massage- White Light Protection

  • 00:00Thing everybody, uhm.
  • 00:01I hope you all had a good weekend
  • 00:04and thank you so much for joining.
  • 00:06Feels like things are sort of getting
  • 00:09back to Pre Cove it a little bit so
  • 00:12hopefully you're starting to feel
  • 00:14like your groove is bad and a little
  • 00:16bit more of the typical routine.
  • 00:19So we're going to start today
  • 00:22by doing a special meditation.
  • 00:26It's a white light protection meditation.
  • 00:31So as we begin today.
  • 00:34I'm just gonna have you.
  • 00:36Please sit back and get grounded.
  • 00:39Relax your body. And relax your mind.
  • 00:45The more you're aware of your body
  • 00:49during this time and the more you're
  • 00:52allowing yourself to let it go,
  • 00:55the easier it will be beauty.
  • 00:58Concentrate on just relaxing.
  • 01:02Take a deep breath in.
  • 01:06And hold it for a moment.
  • 01:10And slowly let it out.
  • 01:17Imagine all the tension that is
  • 01:20leaving your body now like a fine
  • 01:24Gray mist as you breathe out.
  • 01:31Take a second deep breath in.
  • 01:36Hold it.
  • 01:39And let it go.
  • 01:45Allow your breath to be deep to
  • 01:48be slow and to be with Nick.
  • 01:53And now with your minds on just
  • 01:57imagine a very large white ball
  • 02:01of light moving twords you slowly.
  • 02:05It comes closer and closer,
  • 02:07getting larger and larger until
  • 02:10it is so rounding you completely.
  • 02:14Covering you completely.
  • 02:16Like walking in a cloud.
  • 02:23It encourages you to let go of all
  • 02:27your thoughts. All your emotions.
  • 02:30Anne just totale deeply relax.
  • 02:37From the tips of your toes to
  • 02:40the top of your head. Relaxing.
  • 02:44Being more and more fully relaxed.
  • 02:49And just concentrate on that beautiful
  • 02:52cloud of white all consuming light.
  • 02:59You are now surrounded by white light.
  • 03:04This is a shield. The white light
  • 03:09surrounding you protects you.
  • 03:12It glows with the love of the divine,
  • 03:15which beings of light.
  • 03:19As you accept the white light into
  • 03:23yourself into your mind into your heart.
  • 03:26Into your understanding,
  • 03:28you are committing with the deep,
  • 03:31rich source of all life. Of all love.
  • 03:39The white light symbolizes a divine
  • 03:42source of love that knows no boundaries.
  • 03:46Protects all beings.
  • 03:47An protects everyone in a
  • 03:50wonderful, supportive way.
  • 03:53It protects from harm at all times.
  • 03:59It is the strongest force
  • 04:02in the entire universe.
  • 04:04It can protect from all types of invasions
  • 04:08and outside the outside influences.
  • 04:11It's like a white light of armor.
  • 04:14This bright shining light light
  • 04:16and this armor is yours to command
  • 04:20to put on and to use if and when
  • 04:23you decide you will accept it.
  • 04:26That you will use this white light of armor.
  • 04:31You say to yourself,
  • 04:33I accept this white light
  • 04:36protection and the protection
  • 04:38surround you like this white cloud.
  • 04:41Like a white armor.
  • 04:44Instantly it Springs into action
  • 04:47covering you with the purity of light.
  • 04:51Covering you with protection.
  • 04:56Now visualize your loved ones.
  • 05:02See them in your mind's eye.
  • 05:06Extend that beautiful cloud that
  • 05:09white cloud that white armor out
  • 05:12to everyone of your relatives,
  • 05:15your friends. Your loved ones.
  • 05:20See it as a mightiest force in the universe.
  • 05:24The most radiant white armor around them.
  • 05:28Protecting them.
  • 05:29Forming an invisible wall of protection.
  • 05:35It protects your love ones against any
  • 05:38form of bad thoughts, negativity, worry,
  • 05:41or anything that could hurt or harm them.
  • 05:47It supports, loves and
  • 05:51protects them completely.
  • 05:54Visualize that light swirling
  • 05:56around them having been called
  • 05:59into place at this time.
  • 06:04It creates a beautiful supported
  • 06:08loving armor protection.
  • 06:10Should you have a friend or loved
  • 06:12one that needs any form of healing?
  • 06:14Whether it be emotional
  • 06:17support or physical support.
  • 06:19You may now just imagine
  • 06:22just visualize that person.
  • 06:25And send a beautiful,
  • 06:26white floaty cloud of
  • 06:28protection out to that person.
  • 06:36See a glow of white light encompassing them.
  • 06:45This white light is swirling around,
  • 06:48creating an armor of protection
  • 06:51for them shining, supporting,
  • 06:53assisting them and giving them protection.
  • 06:58It protects all who asked.
  • 07:02It seeks support and gives
  • 07:04divine love to all who ask.
  • 07:09You may send this beautiful
  • 07:11cloud of white light.
  • 07:13Write out around the entire
  • 07:16universe to all places you
  • 07:19feel may need protection to all
  • 07:22people you may wish to send all
  • 07:25your thoughts of love too.
  • 07:27But especially to yourself.
  • 07:35Visualize that white floating cloud.
  • 07:38That beautiful radiant
  • 07:41armor around yourself.
  • 07:43Around your home.
  • 07:47Around your possessions.
  • 07:50In your workspace.
  • 07:53In your travel.
  • 07:55Wherever you go.
  • 07:57Wherever you need to be.
  • 08:02Take that white light with you
  • 08:04on your journey, day by day.
  • 08:07Except the white light of protection.
  • 08:18Now slowly, calmly, easily.
  • 08:23Begin to return to your aware NIS.
  • 08:28You may feel refreshed as it
  • 08:30washed in a cool spring stream.
  • 08:34But you will be protected by the
  • 08:36Great Divine White Spirit, the Great
  • 08:38White light of love and protection.
  • 08:43If your eyes are closed,
  • 08:45you can open your eyes.
  • 08:49Take a deep breath in.
  • 08:54And hold.
  • 08:58An release. And again, a deep breath in.
  • 09:04An hold.
  • 09:08And release. And shrug your shoulders,
  • 09:13bring them up to your ears around.
  • 09:18And again, uh.
  • 09:21Anna rounds OK, excellent.
  • 09:24That was beautiful and just know that
  • 09:26at all times whenever you need it,
  • 09:29that white light is there to
  • 09:31protect you and protect that
  • 09:33those that you think about and
  • 09:36send that light and love to you.
  • 09:41Following this meditation.
  • 09:44We're going to move on to a general
  • 09:46review of self massage starting on
  • 09:49Thursday with our guided imagery.
  • 09:51We're gonna be working on more
  • 09:54of a breath work and meditation.
  • 09:57And the self massage is
  • 09:59something that you can continue.
  • 10:00You doing at home everyday
  • 10:02whenever you feel you need it.
  • 10:05We've covered the whole body.
  • 10:07We've gone from our head to
  • 10:09her neck or shoulders or arms.
  • 10:11Analysts are abdomen.
  • 10:12We've done our legs and our
  • 10:15knees or joints in our feet,
  • 10:16so just know that at anytime you're
  • 10:19feeling a little stress you want
  • 10:21to get rid of some tensions and
  • 10:23muscular soft tissue aches and pains,
  • 10:26which is going to review a little bit
  • 10:29about what we've done these past few
  • 10:32weeks so you can continue that going.
  • 10:35When you self massage you wanna
  • 10:37use a good amount of pressure
  • 10:40when the muscle is big and broad,
  • 10:43like across the trapezius up here
  • 10:45the shoulders you wanna use as much
  • 10:48pressure as you can you wanna get in
  • 10:51their deeply when you work on the more
  • 10:54tender muscles the muscles like of
  • 10:57the the little muscles around their wrist.
  • 11:00Or if you have some achiness
  • 11:02around your knee joints,
  • 11:04the soft tissue there.
  • 11:05You may wanna be a little tender,
  • 11:08a little softer there,
  • 11:09so it just depends on how your feeling
  • 11:11and how your muscle is feeling,
  • 11:14but you do.
  • 11:14The deeper the pressure you can
  • 11:16go your getting the circulation
  • 11:18going a little more deeply,
  • 11:20and that oxygenates the blood and
  • 11:22that just leads to everything
  • 11:23smoothing out the soft tissue,
  • 11:25smoothing out and feeling more comfortable.
  • 11:28I'm so again as you self massage at home,
  • 11:32just no again, you could work the scalp.
  • 11:35We do that circular motion around the scalp.
  • 11:39We could do we have along broad
  • 11:42strokes cross the forehead.
  • 11:44We go long and broad up the
  • 11:47arm deep and long. Anne broad.
  • 11:50Defeat the thighs and and
  • 11:52and the the lower leg.
  • 11:55Also deep and broad.
  • 11:57We do those sorts of strokes there.
  • 12:01The goal is to.
  • 12:03Basically you're detoxing your body.
  • 12:05The skin is the largest organ of the body,
  • 12:09so we wanted detox.
  • 12:11From the kind of from the inside out.
  • 12:16This self massage can either do one of
  • 12:18two things if it's a deep stimulating
  • 12:21massage you can increase your enerji.
  • 12:23And if you're doing kind of
  • 12:25lighter work and more gentle work,
  • 12:27you're on creating a relaxation in
  • 12:30your parasympathetic nervous system.
  • 12:32And throughout your massage,
  • 12:34you also want to make sure
  • 12:37that you're using your breath.
  • 12:39Um, there's a release that's going on there,
  • 12:42and stimulation is happening inside,
  • 12:45so it's important to remember
  • 12:47as you're moving along,
  • 12:48just take those kind of depressed
  • 12:51those breath in and hold an out
  • 12:54as you as you work that massage
  • 12:57and in the end the ultimate goal
  • 13:00is your nurturing yourself.
  • 13:02All of these activities that you do,
  • 13:05the meditation, the breathing,
  • 13:06and the self massage.
  • 13:08It's all to fill yourself with love
  • 13:11and kindness and just to take sometime
  • 13:14throughout each and every day to
  • 13:16give that as a gift to yourself.
  • 13:19You offer so much to everybody to your
  • 13:21friends, your family, your loved ones,
  • 13:24in your coworkers and colleagues.
  • 13:25So just remember to take that
  • 13:28time an offer that to yourself.
  • 13:31Tomorrow, Tuesday at 11:00 o'clock,
  • 13:33we're gonna be doing another
  • 13:35acupressure session and this time
  • 13:37we're going to work on allergies,
  • 13:39sinus colds and flu,
  • 13:41and there's certain points throughout
  • 13:44the body on those meridians that
  • 13:46we can activate for a nice release.
  • 13:49OK so again, thank you everybody.
  • 13:52Keep up all the wonderful work that
  • 13:55you're doing and we end each time by
  • 13:58saying may the long time Sunshine
  • 14:00Appan you an all love surround you
  • 14:03and the pure light within you guide
