Smilow Shares Fairfield and Trumbull to Host Virtual Sessions on Breast Cancer Awareness and Treatment Advances

Join Smilow Cancer Hospital Care Centers in Fairfield and Trumbull for a virtual Smilow Shares program on “Breast Cancer Awareness and Treatment Advances” on Wednesday, October 21 at 7pm. Mehra Golshan, MD, MBA Professor of Surgery (Oncology) and Clinical Director of the Smilow Cancer Hospital Breast Cancer Program, Neal Fishbach, MD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine (Medical Oncology), Melissa Mastroianni, MD, Assistant Professor of Surgery and Andrew Zhang, MD, Assistant Professor of Therapeutic Radiology will present important information from the Smilow Breast Cancer Program.

“We’re excited to share important information about the most recent advances in Breast Cancer treatment and research,” said Golshan. “It’s so important women are educated about this potentially deadly disease to help manage their risk of breast cancer in their lifetime.”
