Yale Cancer Experts to Present This Week at Top International Oncology Conference

Later this week, Yale Cancer Center (YCC) experts will present new research at the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress in Madrid, Spain. ESMO, from Oct. 17-21 this year, is one of the leading global oncology conferences, bringing together scientists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to share the latest advancements in cancer research and treatment.

This year’s ESMO Congress is themed “Integrating Science into Oncology for a Better Patient Journey,” emphasizing the importance of innovation and collaboration in improving cancer care. YCC researchers will deliver oral presentations, participate in panel discussions, and lead educational sessions covering a wide range of topics, including targeted therapies, biomarkers for resistance to immunotherapy, innovative combination therapies for advanced colorectal cancer, and advancements in patient supportive care.
