Same Day Visit Program 


We are expanding our services to make sure that safe, efficient, high-quality care is available in the ambulatory setting for non-scheduled, urgent medical situations. 
  • The Same Day Visit Program gives you access to provider visits, pharmacy and infusion chairs.
  • You or a family member can call you disease team main phone number and calls will be escalated to a clinical member of your team.
  • Your disease team responder will call you back, make a telephone assessment and set up an appointment for a Same Day Visit when appropriate. 
  • Same Day Visit Program hours are 8AM-3:30PM Monday thru Friday.
