Frosty Coffee Shake
Ingredients: 
  • 1 C decaffeinated coffee, frozen in ice cube trays
  • ½ C low-fat or whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Directions: 
  • In a blender, combine the coffee ice cubes, milk, and sugar and blend until smooth
Yield: 
1 serving (1 C = 9-12 regular size ice cubes)
