Our call center is open M-F from 8AM-5PM (EST), and our message line is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Calls will be returned the following business day. Interpreters are available for more than 200 languages.
Step 2: Submit Medical Records
An International Medicine Program Coordinator will contact you within 1-2 business days after the Patient Information Request Form is completed. You will receive instructions on how to submit your medical records. Your records must be translated into English.
Step 3: Decision and Estimate
Within 7 business days of receiving all medical records, our physicians will review your information. If we determine that the International Medicine Program is appropriate for your care, we will provide an estimate for hospital and physician expenses.
A full financial guide will also be provided. It will outline all payment conditions and financial requirements that must be met by the patient prior to receiving treatment.
Step 4: Payment
Payment for all charges is required prior to scheduling any medical appointments or assistance with travel arrangements. Your International Medicine Program Coordinator will work with you to process your payment. Once full payment is received and we determine that our program is appropriate for your care, you will officially become a patient of the International Medicine Program.
