Michael Cohenuram, MD

Dr. Michael Cohenuram is a clinician at our Smilow Care Center in Trumbull, CT. Dr. Cohenuram received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Brown Medical School/Rhode Island Hospital and his fellowship at Yale Cancer Center.

Before joining Yale, Dr. Cohenuram served as Medical Director of the Praxair Cancer Center Breast Care Program at Danbury Hospital where he was also Co-Director of Oncology Research. He was named a Top Doc by Connecticut Magazine in 2022 and has consistently been named a Top Doc by Castle Connolly. He continues his specialty in the care of patients with breast cancer, in addition to thoracic and hematological malignancies.
