Kelly Ford, BSW, MSW

Kelly Ford, LCSW is a clinical Social Worker at Yale New Haven Hospital and is a member of the Palliative Care Team. She received her BSW from Marist College and her MSW from Southern Connecticut State University. Kelly has been working with patients and families at the hospital since 2006. She has been providing bereavement support services since 2015. Her work focuses on helping others understand and manage their grief in group, individual, and educational settings.
